I love my new spot the team of broadway lofts were very welcoming and customer service is superb. Jessie will make you feel at home before you even apply which made me realize I definitely made the right choice Maintenance is on it every time I came up here he was here to help and they both really care. You definitely can tell they enjoy their jobs. I love this duo team they get things done!

Love the location, love the vibe. Jessi in the leasing office is great with communication and handling issues. Maintenance has been great and quick with their responses.

I’ve lived here since Feb. 2022, and I love it here. It is very aesthetically pleasing. The community is overall nice. The office staff and maintenance are very responsive. I have recommended some friends to move over because I love it so much.

Pretty good so far. I enjoy having a card/code to get into the building, makes it feel safer living here. Maintenance is usually quick, but can also be very slow.

I just recently moved here and I absolutely love it. The mix of rustic/modern design is a very unique living experience. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to assist in a timely manner. The amenities consisting of; the gym, the rooftop, lounges to hangout or study, community balconies, and of course the PARKING has made this place a home.

Beautiful apartment. Would love to have washer and dryer in apartment instead of 3 flights down. Love the tall windows in the living room and the blinds do a good job of keeping out the heat.
