I’ve lived here since Feb. 2022, and I love it here. It is very aesthetically pleasing. The community is overall nice. The office staff and maintenance are very responsive. I have recommended some friends to move over because I love it so much.

Pretty good so far. I enjoy having a card/code to get into the building, makes it feel safer living here. Maintenance is usually quick, but can also be very slow.

I just recently moved here and I absolutely love it. The mix of rustic/modern design is a very unique living experience. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to assist in a timely manner. The amenities consisting of; the gym, the rooftop, lounges to hangout or study, community balconies, and of course the PARKING has made this place a home.

Beautiful apartment. Would love to have washer and dryer in apartment instead of 3 flights down. Love the tall windows in the living room and the blinds do a good job of keeping out the heat.

Quieter than you think. Spacious. Love the view. Convenient to good food and shops. Layouts of the apartments are nice. Staff is friendly.

I love it here. Peaceful, the neighbors are nice, ms. Teresa is a doll, so helpful. I would recommend Broadway lofts to anyone moving to Macon. Right in the heart of downtown. Near so many great restaurants and plenty of nightlife.

Good place to live! My apartment is spacious yet cozy. Great ambience and decent amenities. It's cool that it's an old building with history. Proximity to things downtown is nice, the price is relatively good, and I love that it's pet friendly.

Great time great people, a bunch of homeless around but that’s okay. I love it here. I love the trees. I love the bricks. I love the concrete jungle. It just rocks.

Have had nothing but a positive experience here. Have loved the upgrades that the staff has made to the facilities, such as the updated walkway outside and keeping the lock on the gate functional.

Been here about 2 years now. So far so good. I’m adjusting to the lease renewal increases but everything else has been good. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance people are friendly as well. I don’t have any problems out of any of my neighbors so yea I’m enjoying it.
